Scrum Inc.™ Registered Scrum Master Training (2 days)

Scrum Inc.™ Registered Scrum Master (RSM) training is a dynamic and highly interactive course where participants form Scrum teams and take part in a variety of exercises to experience the Scrum Master role.

Every class participants will be eligible to take the Registered Scrum Master examination test provided by Agile Education Program powered by Scrum Inc.™.

This class is provided by a Registered Scrum Trainer.

Target Audience

This training is for all levels of Scrum experience (there are no prerequisites). You are welcome if you are:

• Already part of a Scrum team, and taking either the Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Developer role
• Planning to form a new Scrum team or to join an existing Scrum team
• Not working with Scrum or Agile, but eager to learn new perspectives and practices

Learning Outcomes

• The origins Scrum, and understand why Agile has become a necessity
• The Scrum framework and its components
  • Scrum 3-5-3 (3 roles, 5 events, 3 artifacts)
  • Scrum Values: Focus, Courage, Commitment, Openness, and Respect
• Getting started with Scrum
• The mindset, Scrum Patterns, and practices that will help the Scrum Master to improve its team's efficiency and effectiveness
